“There are many votes available in that region,” he noted, adding that Obi would assume a role as Director-General in the coalition-supported African Democratic Congress (ADC).

“There are many votes available in that region,” he noted, adding that Obi would assume a role as Director-General in the coalition-supported African Democratic Congress (ADC).
“Honestly, he’s unlikely to secure a position in any party, including ADC, PDP, or LP. This is Peter Obi we are talking about. Currently, he might struggle even to get a vice-presidential nomination given the current situation. Regardless of whether he runs, he has lost over half of his votes because those were never primarily about policy but were rooted in rhetoric and division. The voters in Nigeria are becoming more aware.”
Bwala further suggested that the recent shifts among southern governors to align with the APC and their backing from opposition party governors will boost Tinubu’s popularity and vote count in the South-East leading up to the next election.
