Tiwa Savage, a singer from Nigeria, disclosed that she is on the hunt for Mr. Right, also known as somebody’s son.
In a recent chat, she humorously noted that her criteria have become quite particular, almost as if she’s seeking a partner with a private jet and a life free from drama:
"I’m still searching for somebody’s son. I don’t currently have anyone, and I think my quest is too specific. Perhaps I need to refine my focus since I want someone who owns a private plane, a yacht, and isn’t involved in any baby mama issues because I can’t handle that. Is that my fault? I really don’t have time to wait a whole year."
When it comes to advice for other singles, her suggestion was quite playful. She recommended that they try what her interviewer, Shannon, had to share.
"Hey, if you’re still looking for somebody’s son, take Shannon’s advice: listen to somebody’s son thirty times a day for thirty days. By the end of the month, you might find somebody’s son, but I can't promise what kind of person they'll be."
“I am still looking for someone’s son.”

This comes after her recent revelation this August, where she admitted she hadn’t experienced genuine love outside the bond with her son Jamil, saying, “Every time I look back at my relationship… it wasn’t love—it was just infatuation.”
She confessed that the soulmate connection she sought seemed unlikely in this lifetime
Earlier, she shared that she’s been avoiding Nigerian men partly because she finds them lacking in romance.
“Nigerian men do have swag but they are not really romantic when it comes down to it. They know how to swag and splash cash but I am not looking for that,” she said.
