Famous juju artist Ebenezer Obey has dismissed false claims about his death or a stroke, calling the rumors “lies from the kingdom of darkness.”
In an Instagram video, the music icon was seen with his two sons, singing to calm his fans about his health.
He wrote in the post: “Please stop the rumors!!!! Ebenezer Obey is healthy and alive.”
Obey clarified that his visit to London was for self-care and voiced his irritation regarding the misleading reports, many of which featured altered pictures of coffins.
“All the things they have said are nothing but untruths from a dark place. I am alive, alive, proclaims the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you so much. I did not have a stroke. I came to London to take care of myself,” he stated.
This isn't the first occasion the music star has encountered such speculation. Similar health rumors emerged in 2020 and reappeared earlier this year.
