According to Naija News, she reminisced about how the disagreement originated following an episode at a film premiere, which led her to adopt a firm stance regarding their association.
Nonetheless, she has expressed her desire to let go of the situation entirely and focus on moving forward.
In a discussion on the Morayo Afolabi Brown Show, she shared her thoughts on how public feedback and social media reactions have influenced her approach to criticism.
The actress noted that she has grown accustomed to adverse comments, and they no longer deeply impact her feelings.
She clarified that when she engages with online detractors now, it tends to be in a light-hearted and amusing way, as she has learned not to let such remarks bother her.
Regarding the matter with Funke Akindele, she chose not to elaborate and emphasized that she is not keen on revisiting past incidents.
Abraham mentioned: “There is nothing anyone could say that will bother me anymore. If I reply, it’s simply because I want to have fun with you. I prefer to enjoy the interaction. I want to avoid discussing this because I dislike revisiting my history with Funke Akindele. I’m uncomfortable being compared to anyone. I just want to be myself, Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi.”
